In order to have a mediator-client relationship with GMG, you need to schedule an appointment with us where we will have a video or teleconference. After all of your questions are answered, we will then sign an Agreement to Mediate, if appropriate. A mediator-client relationship begins once the Agreement to Mediate is signed.
Although we believe that mediation is a beneficial negotiation process for most couples who are separating or divorcing, there are no guarantees, as mediation may not be appropriate for all couples. However, we will discuss with you any concerns that you may have about mediation to see if mediation is the right avenue for you, prior to signing an Agreement to Mediate.

As mediators, we are obligated to protect your privacy, and we follow not only the Maryland Standards of Conduct for Mediators but the standards of conduct for practitioners of Mediators and Alternative Dispute Resolution services in various jurisdictions in the United States.

GMG will not release any information about you (including your email address) to any third party unless: 1) we have your consent; 2) if it is required by law; or 3) if the need to protect this website or any of our computers and devices from any cyber attacks arises.
